◆Universal's Islands of Adventure·Jurassic Park

Pteranodon Flyers
Opened in 1999. A suspended coaster on a slow-moving track that arcs above the Jurassic Park section. The rule that adults must be accompanying a child of specific height effectively makes this a child-only ride for most groups. Loading is famously slow because of the rule enforcement; standby waits can be brutal for what's a brief, gentle ride.
1999
36" minimum; 56" maximum; Guests over 56 inches must be accompanied by a guest meeting the height requirement.
